A Message From our President/CEO about the Current Public Health Emergency

Allegiance Credit Union (ACU) is committed to the health and safety of its employees and members while continuing to serve our members. With the declarations of emergency by Oklahoma City, the State of Oklahoma, and the United States in response to the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we've had to make some tough decisions.

We appreciate our members understanding as we make changes to keep our staff and community healthy during these unprecedented times. We've all been through tough times before and we will get through this together as well. 

All ACU lobbies are temporarily closed for increased protection. This does not impact the safety of your deposits. As always, your money is secure with ACU and is insured by the NCUA.

As an essential business, our drive-thrus remain open to serve you with additional services available.

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
  • Saturdays, 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

Drive-thru locations: Main Branch (4235 N Meridian, 73112), Edmond Branch (1925 S Kelly, 73013) and South Branch (12200 S Western, 73170)

Our Call Center is available from 8:00am – 6:00pm, Monday - Friday, and from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm on Saturdays at 405-789-7900.

Financial Hardship Assistance
ACU is offering a Hardship LoanHardship Loan Payment Extensions, and Virtual Financial Coaching to members impacted by the current public health emergency.  Please call 405-789-7900 for more information.
