To help ensure fast processing and avoid delays, be sure to endorse your check properly. Follow these steps to deposit your check in the mobile app:

Sign your name exactly as it appears on the front of the check in the designated endorsement area on the back.

How do I set up mobile banking?

Download ACU’s app on the App Store or Google Play Store.
 
If you’ve enrolled your account in online banking, enter your credentials. If not, enrollment can also be completed in the mobile app.

What alerts are available inside online banking and mobile banking?

Balance and deposit/withdrawal notifications, as well as loan payment reminders are available inside online banking and mobile banking.

You can also set up debit card transaction alerts. 
 
Alerts can be set for both email and text messages.

How do I transfer funds between my accounts?

From the online banking homepage, you can click on the Make a Transfer tile seen on the upper right side of the screen. From there you can transfer between your ACU accounts. 
 
You can also transfer funds to another financial institution by using the External Funds Transfer feature under the Transfers menu in the top navigation.
