What information do I need to apply for a mortgage?

There are 6 key pieces of information needed to submit an application.

1. Name
2. Income
3. Social security number (so Allegiance can check your credit)
4. Property address (TBD for preapprovals)
5. The estimated value of the said property
6. The loan amount you want to borrow
