Impacted Services

  • ACU debit cards experienced a temporary outage during the evening of Tuesday, May 3.  Our card processor, Transfund, identified the issue on their end and was able to rectify within a few hours. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this temporary outage may have caused.
  • ACU Mortgage payments are up to date as of Thursday, May 12.
  • As a result of Tuesday's debit card issues, some transactions from 5/2 and 5/3 that were preauthorized ahead of the outage did not post while Transfund was down. These delayed transactions will post on May 9.
  • If you had recurring loan payments set up through our Web Payments Center, you will need to log back in after May 2 to set those payments up again. If you use a different method for paying your loan, you do not need to take any action. 

  • Members with scheduled recurring External Transfers inside Online Banking will need to recreate these following the recent updates.

  • Members who utilize the Shared Access feature that allows you to create a login for another person to view your account in Online Banking will need to redo this.

  • Nicknames did not carry over following the maintenance. You will see your savings and checking accounts referred to by their default names: Cash Back Checking, Main Share, Subshare Savings, etc. You can rename these to whatever you choose by logging into Online Banking and clicking on Settings in the Accounts tile.

  • Online Banking and the ACU Mobile App were restored at 9:30 AM CDT, Monday, May 2. 

  • ACU Branches, Call Center & Video Banking resumed normal business hours on Monday, May 2.

  • The Web Payments Center and Manage My Home Loan sites were available Monday, May 2.

  • Access to Service Centers and Shared Branching resumed on Monday, May 2.
