Important Information About Your Debit Card
To help protect your account and fight fraudulent activity, the Credit Union restricts debit card use to "PIN" based transactions only at certain retailers and foreign countries from time to time based on ongoing fraud. At this time, be prepared to enter your 4 digit PIN when running your card at all Wal-Mart locations and anywhere outside the US.
PIN based transactions are where the customer is present, types in their PIN and not their signature. At point of sale hit "Debit" and not "Credit". If you do not know your PIN, please call us at 405-789-7900 so it can be reset.
2016 Employee of the Year
Member Services Supervisor, Maria Contreras, has been named "Employee of the Year”. This honor comes to Contreras twice, as she was voted ACU Employee of the Year in 2010.
Contreras began her career at ACU in 2008 as a Member Service Representative, after a decade-long career in retail that culminated in management. Her commitment to excellent member service and integrity propelled her into the Member Service Supervisor role, where she has served for the past few years. ACU members describe her as proactive and resourceful, and a welcoming face of the credit union. “I believe that you should always be happy where you work,” explains Contreras, who is also noted for her warm smile and helpful nature.
Annual Meeting 2017

ACU Named a Best Places to Work Finalist
okc.BIZ recently named Allegiance Credit Union as a finalist for the 2016 Best Places to Work in Oklahoma program, which identifies and honors the state’s best employers.
Best Companies Group selects and ranks the competition entrants by collecting and analyzing data from both employer questionnaires and employee surveys to determine which companies have the best practices.
“The businesses honored as the Best Places to Work in Oklahoma are a testament to the outstanding culture in our state. This program proves that Oklahoma is not only a great place to live and raise families, it’s also a wonderful place to start companies and be employed,” said Bill Bleakley, okc.BIZ Publisher. Promise Points Expiring
While our Promise Points program ended approximately 2 years ago, we've allowed our members to retain their points and use them towards various promotions and ACU products. However, as of December 31, 2016 all Promise Points will expire. If you wish to use some of your points between now and December 31st, please note that you may only exchange a max of 1,000 points per month on ACU merchandise.
