Annual Meeting 2017

2017 Shred Days
Drop off up to 5 standard sized boxes of paper, records, statements and files for destruction and recycling. Shred Day hours are from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Important Information About Your Debit Card
To help protect your account and fight fraudulent activity, the Credit Union restricts debit card use to "PIN" based transactions only at certain retailers and foreign countries from time to time based on ongoing fraud. At this time, be prepared to enter your 4 digit PIN when running your card at all Wal-Mart locations and anywhere outside the US.
PIN based transactions are where the customer is present, types in their PIN and not their signature. At point of sale hit "Debit" and not "Credit". If you do not know your PIN, please call us at 405-789-7900 so it can be reset.

Promise Points Expired
While our Promise Points program ended 2 years ago, we've allowed our members to retain their points and use them towards various promotions and ACU products. However, as of December 31, 2016 all Promise Points have expired and will no longer be redeemable.

Traveling? Make Sure You Have Access to Your Account
When you travel out of the state or country with your Allegiance debit card please ask the Allegiance Call Center at 405-789-7900 or 1-800-505-3328 option 0 to make a note about the dates and places you will be traveling. If traveling with your Allegiance credit card, please call 1-800-558-3424 and if outside of the United States call collect 701-461-1556.
For your protection, Allegiance monitors your debit and credit cards for fraud. If the system identifies transactions that seem different from your normal activity, we will contact you by phone for verification. If we can't reach you, we will leave a message. In some cases, where the activity is suspicious, a temporary block may be placed on your card to prevent anyone from using your card fraudulently.
By asking us to place a note on your account prior to your trip, you ensure continued access to your account. By providing your cell phone number, you ensure we can reach you if we have concerns about your card.
