A. No. Allegiance Credit Union's Mobile Banking is free of charge.

Q. Which mobile devices have apps available for Mobile Banking?

A. iPhones and Android phones plus iPads.

Q. Is Mobile Banking secure?

A. To ensure the safety and privacy of your account information, Allegiance has incorporated multiple security features in Mobile Banking: all transactions are encrypted, you must authenticate every interaction with Mobile Banking and no personal or financial information is stored on your phone.

Q. I get an error message "Your device was not recognized. Please call 405-789-7900 for more details." What should I do?

A. This is a phone registration problem. Log into homebanking from a computer, click on Mobiliti and clear out the device registration. To do this click Access Accounts, then Mobiliti. Find your phone in the list, change the dropdown to "stop using this phone" and try to use the app on your phone again.
