Attention Home Banking Users
Effective May 19th, members will need to re-enroll in the security questions, images and passphrase when logging into Home Banking. Your User ID and password will NOT change during this process. Your credit union takes precautions to keep your accounts safe on-line while maintaining convenient access to your money.
This is what you need to know: 1. Clear all session cookies from your device. Not doing this could cause older site cookies to be used and generate some misleading displays or errors. 2. Select 3 new questions in the drop downs provided. Members may see previously selected questions and they can be reused, with the same security answer. 3. Select a new image and passphrase. This can also be the same information that was previously entered.
Members using the Mobile App will need to access ACU's full website to complete the re-enrollment process. You can do this by using your cell phone, going to AllegianceCU.org and clicking on Access Full Site. Then click the Login icon under Online Banking Login, which is located on the upper left hand side of the screen. At this point follow the (3) steps listed above.
Change in Hours
Effective June 1st, Allegiance drive thru hours will be 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
