Upcoming Shred Days for 2013

Members of the credit union and residents of the surrounding community are invited to drop off up to five standard sized boxes of paper, records, statements and files for destruction and recycling. Mark your calendars for the following dates:

Main Branch - May 18th (4235 N Meridian)
Edmond Branch - June 22nd (1925 S Kelly)
South Branch - September 14th (12200 S Western)

Shred Days will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and we'll be serving complimentary hot dogs and refreshments.

Feeding Hope Food Drive

Allegiance will be participating in the Regional Food Bank's Feeding Hope Food Drive once again this year. We will be collecting food items at all of our branches through Friday, May 24th. Requested items are: meat-based soups and sauces, fruits and vegetables, peanut butter, brown rice, pasta, and canned tuna, salmon and chicken.

Together as a community, we can help solve hunger in Oklahoma!

You Can Now Press 'Debit'

You now have 2 ways to make purchases with your Allegiance Debit Card:

-Swipe your card, press Credit and sign OR
-Swipe your card, press Debit and enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN)

Both will complete your transaction effectively and appear the same on your statement. Swiping your card as Debit also gives you the option of getting cash back. Now you can avoid making an extra trip to the ATM!

Access to Mobile Website

Our main site, www.allegiancecu.org, is designed to detect when a member is using a mobile device. If you are using an iphone, android, etc., you are automatically redircted to the mobile version of our site: www.allegiancecumobile.org. If you are experiencing issues with the mobile site, please follow these steps:

To turn off pop-up blocker:

Iphones: Open the settings app, select Safari and slide "Block Pop-Ups" to off.
Android phones: Varies, but typically under Menu, settings, deselect "Block pop-up windows".

To clear browser cache and cookies:

Iphones: Open the settings app, select Safari. Select Clear Cache
Android phones: Varies, but typically under Menu, settings, tap the "clear cache" button.

Traveling? Make Sure You Have Access to Your Account

When you travel out of the state or country with your Allegiance Check Card please ask the Allegiance Call Center at 405-789-7900 or 1-800-505-3328 option 0 to make a note about the dates and places you will be traveling. If traveling with your Allegiance Credit Card please call 1-800-558-3424 and if outside of the United States call collect 701-461-1556.

For your protection, Allegiance monitors your debit and credit cards for fraud. If the system identifies transactions that seem different from your normal activity, we will contact you by phone for verification. If we can’t reach you, we will leave a message. In some cases, where the activity is suspicious, a temporary block may be placed on your card to prevent anyone from using your card fraudulently. By asking us to place a note on your account prior to your trip, you ensure continued access to your account. By providing your cell phone number, you ensure we can reach you if we have concerns about your card.
