Service Center Has Moved

The North OKC Service Center location at 13801 N Penn Ave has moved to a NEW LOCATION: Village Park Shopping Center 10491 N May Ave. It is located about a half mile south of Hefner Rd. The new location has the same hours and you can still complete many of your credit union transactions at this location.

New Person to Person Payments with Zashpay, part of Billpayer

On or about January 30, 2012, Credit Union Service Centers is moving its North Oklahoma City Service Center location. It is moving From 13801 N Penn Ave to a convenient New location: Village Park Shopping Center 10491 N May Ave OKC 73120.

Traveling? Make Sure You Have Access to Your Account

When you travel out of the state or country with your Allegiance Check Card please ask the Allegiance Call Center at 405-789-7900 or 1-800-505-3328 option 0 to make a note about the dates and places you will be traveling. If traveling with your Allegiance Credit Card please call 1-800-558-3424 and if outside of the United States call collect 701-461-1556.

For your protection, Allegiance monitors your debit and credit cards for fraud. If the system identifies transactions that seem different from your normal activity, we will contact you by phone for verification. If we can’t reach you, we will leave a message. In some cases, where the activity is suspicious, a temporary block may be placed on your card to prevent anyone from using your card fraudulently. By asking us to place a note on your account prior to your trip, you ensure continued access to your account. By providing your cell phone number, you ensure we can reach you if we have concerns about your card.
