New First-Time Homebuyer Program
Beginning March 2nd, Allegiance will be offering a down payment assistance program to qualified first-time homebuyers. Grants up to $7,500 may be available to use as a down payment, pay closing costs or make qualified improvements to the property. This program is only available for a very limited time, so please contact our Mortgage Department at 789-7900, Option 2 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for further information and qualifications.
52nd Annual Meeting
Allegiance Credit Union will host its 52nd Annual Meeting on April 11, 2015. The event will take place at the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum and is open to both members and non-members. This year's circus theme will be an evening full of family entertainment. Tickets go on sale March 2nd. For more information click here.
2015 Shred Days
ACU is committed to protecting its members from identity theft and fraud while preserving natural resources and promoting recycling. Members of the credit union and residents of the surrounding communities are invited to drop off up to five standard sized boxes of paper records, statements, and files for destruction and recycling on the dates listed below. Each Shred Day will take place from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
May 16th at our Meridian Branch (4235 N Meridian)
June 20th at our Edmond Branch (1925 S Kelly)
September 19th at our South Branch (12200 S Western)
Upcoming Diamond Eagle Event
Diamond Eagle Club members are invited to join us for a Lunch Seminar about Identifying and Preventing Elder Abuse on May 19th. Access to Mobile Website
Our main site, www.allegiancecu.org, is designed to detect when a member is using a mobile device. If you are using an iphone, android, etc., you are automatically redircted to the mobile version of our site: www.allegiancecumobile.org. If you are experiencing issues with the mobile site, please follow these steps:
To turn off pop-up blocker:
iPhones: Open the settings app, select Safari and slide "Block Pop-Ups" to off.
Android phones: Varies, but typically under Menu, settings, deselect "Block pop-up windows".
To clear browser cache and cookies:
Iphones: Open the settings app, select Safari. Select Clear Cache
Android phones: Varies, but typically under Menu, settings, tap the "clear cache" button.

Traveling? Make Sure You Have Access to Your Account
When you travel out of the state or country with your Allegiance Check Card please ask the Allegiance Call Center at 405-789-7900 or 1-800-505-3328 option 0 to make a note about the dates and places you will be traveling. If traveling with your Allegiance Credit Card please call 1-800-558-3424 and if outside of the United States call collect 701-461-1556.
For your protection, Allegiance monitors your debit and credit cards for fraud. If the system identifies transactions that seem different from your normal activity, we will contact you by phone for verification. If we can't reach you, we will leave a message. In some cases, where the activity is suspicious, a temporary block may be placed on your card to prevent anyone from using your card fraudulently.
By asking us to place a note on your account prior to your trip, you ensure continued access to your account. By providing your cell phone number, you ensure we can reach you if we have concerns about your card.
