Upcoming Diamond Eagle Trip

Diamond Eagle Club members are invited to join us on June 3, 2014 for a day trip to Tulsa! Cost is $40 per person and covers coach transportation, lunch and admission to museums, gardens and other stops along the way. For a detailed description of the trip check out our newsletter here.

2014 Shred Days

Members of the credit union and surrounding community are invited to dispose of their personal documents safely at one of our upcoming shred days.

Main Branch - Saturday, May 17th

Edmond Branch - Saturday, June 21st

South Branch - Saturday, September 13th

All shred days run from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and you are allowed to bring up to 5 standard size boxes of paper documents.

Target Store Security Breach

If you shopped at Target between Nov. 27 and Dec. 15, you should check your account for any suspicious or unusual activity. If you see something that appears fraudulent, REDcard holders should contact Target, others who used their VISA Checkcard should contact Allegiance Credit Union by calling 405-789-7900 option 0. If you have an Allegiance VISA credit card, our partner ELAN, is monitoring accounts and will notify cardmembers who may have been impacted.

Account Safety Tip

Allegiance will never ask for personal or account information via email or text message. If you receive a suspicious email or text claiming to be from Allegiance, please notify us immediately. (405)789-7900

You Can Now Press 'Debit'

You now have 2 ways to make purchases with your Allegiance Debit Card:

-Swipe your card, press Credit and sign OR

-Swipe your card, press Debit and enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN)

Both will complete your transaction effectively and appear the same on your statement. Swiping your card as Debit also gives you the option of getting cash back. Now you can avoid making an extra trip to the ATM!

Access to Mobile Website

Our main site,, is designed to detect when a member is using a mobile device. If you are using an iphone, android, etc., you are automatically redircted to the mobile version of our site: If you are experiencing issues with the mobile site, please follow these steps:

To turn off pop-up blocker:

Iphones: Open the settings app, select Safari and slide "Block Pop-Ups" to off.

Android phones: Varies, but typically under Menu, settings, deselect "Block pop-up windows".

To clear browser cache and cookies:

Iphones: Open the settings app, select Safari. Select Clear Cache

Android phones: Varies, but typically under Menu, settings, tap the "clear cache" button.

Traveling? Make Sure You Have Access to Your Account

When you travel out of the state or country with your Allegiance Check Card please ask the Allegiance Call Center at 405-789-7900 or 1-800-505-3328 option 0 to make a note about the dates and places you will be traveling. If traveling with your Allegiance Credit Card please call 1-800-558-3424 and if outside of the United States call collect 701-461-1556.

For your protection, Allegiance monitors your debit and credit cards for fraud. If the system identifies transactions that seem different from your normal activity, we will contact you by phone for verification. If we can’t reach you, we will leave a message. In some cases, where the activity is suspicious, a temporary block may be placed on your card to prevent anyone from using your card fraudulently.

By asking us to place a note on your account prior to your trip, you ensure continued access to your account. By providing your cell phone number, you ensure we can reach you if we have concerns about your card.
